4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jili899 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine users: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and local bank transfers (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to supported banks may also be accepted. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Prohibited Funding Sources. You may not fund your jili899 Account using credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency. These payment methods are not accepted on the Platform in compliance with Philippine regulations.
4.3 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may be updated from time to time. jili899 reserves the right to adjust these limits without prior notice.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. jili899 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your Account.
4.5 Own Funds. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jili899 Account are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity. jili899 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by jili899 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. 5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. 8.2 Self-Exclusion. If you wish to restrict your access to jili899, you may request a self-exclusion period through our support team. 9.3 Restrictions. You may not scrape, crawl, frame, mirror, or otherwise reproduce any portion of the jili899 Platform without express written permission from jili899.
10.1 Platform Availability. jili899 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. jili899 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jili899 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, even if jili899 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.3 Cap on Liability. jili899's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Risk. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. jili899 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay on the Platform. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose.
11.1 By jili899. jili899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
11.2 By You. You may close your Account at any time by contacting jili899 support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply.
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili899 Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jili899's customer support process. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.
12.3 PAGCOR Complaints. If you believe jili899 has acted in violation of applicable Philippine gaming regulations, you may file a complaint with PAGCOR through their official channels.
jili899 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jili899 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
